In Cali, on the sidelines of COP16, the World Bank's Executive Director of Environment and Mali's Minister of Environment met to review the progress of the degraded land restoration project. This exchange provided an opportunity to discuss the progress, challenges and opportunities for new resources to increase the impact of the project in the Sahel.
