On the occasion of the official launch of the 26th edition of Environment Fortnight, the Prime Minister, Head of Government, General of Division Abdoulaye MAIGA, launched the activities in San in the presence of several members of the Government, partners, and the National Coordinator of PRTD-Mali. A recognition of the project's commitment to climate resilience and sustainability restoring our natural capital.

For the occasion, the Prime Minister laid the first plant (tree) in the AES grove, funded by the Degraded Lands Restoration Project (DTP-Mali). This gesture symbolizes the importance of revegetation of degraded lands for a greener, healthier, and sustainable Mali.
