This Monday, on the sidelines of COP29 on climate change, the Degraded Lands Restoration Project (PRTD-Mali) was highlighted at a thematic panel entitled:

« PRTD: A Community Initiative to Strengthen Climate Resilience ».

This The panel, led by project specialists, provided:

✅ To present the concrete actions of the PRTD to restore degraded land and improve the living conditions of local communities;

✅ To highlight the significant results already achieved in combating the effects of climate change;

✅ Share perspectives and ambitions to multiply these impacts through innovative and participatory approaches.

The PRTD-Mali, a structuring and endogenous project, is an excellent example of how local and inclusive solutions can respond to global climate challenges while promoting the resilience of ecosystems and populations.
