In his scoping remarks, the PRTD National Coordinator presented in detail the objectives, expected results and technical approaches for effective support to beneficiaries of the fish business plans.

He recalled the importance of community monitoring, respect for technical routes and the role of productive alliances in improving people's resilience.

For three days, participants will strengthen their expertise on key documents (funding agreement, multi-stakeholder agreement, project documents and other administrative documents) for the effective implementation of a business plan.

The official opening was chaired by the National Director of Fisheries.
