the human and socio-economic environment, hence the categorization of this project into category A,
compliance with World Bank Operational Policy 4.01 on Evaluations
    Environmental and Social.
LABFN, in its capacity as Agency for Implementation (hereinafter referred to as « Client »), recruited
Consultant to conduct studies to update environmental safeguards instruments
for the said project. In this case, studies cover all activities (1)
rehabilitation of the Mopti river wharf, the city's protective and curing banks
of the river around the said Mopti wharf, and (2) of rehabilitation of the brought channel
water of the Niger River at the fishing port of the city of Konna.
