For ten days, participants will be equipped with public procurement techniques through national and World Bank procedures. The aim of this training is to equip the actors with the essential tools for the effective and transparent implementation of the procurement procedures, which will ensure better execution of the project.
The opening ceremony was attended by the Director of Human Resources, the Director General of Procurement, and the National Coordinator of PRTD-Mali. In his speech, the Director General of Procurement recalled that procurement is an essential lever in all sectors, especially in development projects. It is, according to him, a living tool that must be mastered by all the actors involved.
The National Coordinator reiterated that this training is fully part of the first component of the project, dedicated to supporting and strengthening institutional capacities.
