The Degraded Land Restoration Project (PRTD-Mali) hosted this morning a three-day orientation workshop, opened by the National Coordinator of the project. This event brings together Regional Support Units (RAUs) and Partner Institutions (PIs) to build their capacity in sub-project management.

The main objective is to ensure effective implementation and transparent project grants through:

Guidance on procurement procedures;

Awareness of procurement risks;

Apprenticeship of procedures for disbursement, justification of expenses and preparation of listing applications.

These sessions will ensure rigorous and consistent management of resources for sustainable development and restoration of degraded land.
