This session was chaired by the Secretary-General of the Ministry of the Environment for Sustainable Development (MEADD) in the presence of the National Coordinator.

The Secretary General of MEADD in his speech welcomed the remarkable progress of PRTD-Mali. This new computerised evaluation monitoring system is a technological innovation that meets the priorities of the Minister for the digitization of the activities of his department. Such a computerized monitoring and evaluation system ensures transparency and makes results available in real time to the general public.

For two days, the members of the multi-sectoral technical committee will be able to familiarize themselves with the RUCHE software, including the use of the scoreboard, the progress of the indicators, the synthesis reports and the recommendations.

Finally, he recalled that PRTD-Mali was a hope for Mali's economic and social development.
