PRTD-Mali at the Nature-Based Solutions Workshop in Kenya.
From 10 to 13 March 2025, PRTD-Mali participated in a workshop on Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) organized in Nairobi by NBS Invest and CIF/World Bank, alongside AEDD.
Three days of exchange and capacity building on the integration of NBS into ecosystem restoration projects, followed by a field visit to Machakos, where a similar project, funded by the World Bank, is being implemented. It was an opportunity to learn and share experiences to better adapt these solutions to the Malian context.
NBS is essential to combat land degradation and build community resilience. PRTD-Mali remains committed to this approach to sustainable and inclusive development.
